• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, okgg reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Payments on bets associated with match-fixing or corruption allegations may be withheld pending investigation.
• okgg odds are updated regularly in line with market movements; the odds at the time a bet is placed are final.

Okgg reserves the right to suspend or close any account if a member is found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions. Action will be taken against accounts in the following circumstances:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Misusing the bonus system or promotions.
• Attempting to win by unfair means using software or bots.
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other members or okgg staff.
• Participating in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

Members may request to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance will be refunded, excluding bonus balance.
